Holly Leake
My name is Holly Leake and I am the founder and manager of Paw Chores Dog Walking and Training. I am a certified dog trainer, behaviour consultant and Licensed Dynamic Dog Practitioner specialising in adolescent dogs. I share my life with my cheeky Shih-tzu Mando and rescue cat Cody.
I also work as a tutor at two of the most prestigious dog training colleges; Canine Principles and The International School of Canine Psychology (ISCP). I work as a canine behaviour consultant for Companion Animal Wellness where I support dog guardians all across the UK with a range of behavioural issues. I hold a Level 3, 4 and 5 Diplomas in Canine behaviour and welfare and I am also Level 3 Ofqual Pet First Aid trained, fully insured and DBS checked.

Paul Pattison
Paul is one of our lovely dog walkers and cat sitters. Clients have nicknamed him 'Catman'. Paul is based in Kids Grove, and shares his life with his cat Milly. Paul has over 5 years of experience caring for cats and dogs for Rover in America, before moving back to the UK to work with us and run his own dog walking business. He adores cats in particular, but enjoys working with all animals. He shows great attention to detail, especially when it comes to pet report cards and photos. He is fully insured, DBS Checked and Level 3 Pet First Aid Trained, and is currently enrolled on Level 2 OFQUAL Diploma in Canine Welfare with Canine Principles.

Paw Chores have been the best decison we ever made! We can go to work knowing Polly is well looked after. She is nervous with new people, but the team have been so patient, especially Paul, who Polly was nervous of at first, but Polly absolutely adores him now, and she is so excited when he collects her for her walk! Polly is now gaining confidence when meeting new people, which I can't take any credit for; it is the hard work of Paw Chores! We can't thank Paul and the team enough, they really care for your dog like they are your own!"

Sarah Baines
Sarah is another one of our lovely dog walkers and is based in Madeley. She shares her life with her 3 dogs Harley, Cooper and Lola and her rabbits. She is very knowledgeable and shows great attention to detail to ensure every service delivered is of high standard. She is fully insured, DBS Checked and Ofqual Level 3 Pet First Aid Trained, and is currently enrolled on Level 3 OFQUAL Diploma in Canine Welfare and Behaviour with Canine Principles.

"I am really reassured when Sarah comes to look after our much loved puppy. We are able to book visits at an ideal time to prevent our puppy becoming stressed from being left alone too long. The communication is brilliant and I receive updates via a secure app with photos. We discuss any behaviour we can jointly work on, so we are a team and I really value this."

Iona Barker
Iona is our newest dog walker from Iona Pet Services based in Stafford, which she set up in 2022. In her business, Iona provides pet sitting, including dogs, cats and small pets. Iona shares her life with her 8 year old Bengal Romeo and is very passionate about working with animals.
Iona is Pet First Aid trained with ProTraining, fully insured and DBS Checked.
